Reads: Citrate of Magnesia. Glowacki's Pharmacy. 1053 Milwaukee Ave, Chicago.
Only the faintest bit of yellowing in the paper. These were acquired at a midwest country drugstore auction years ago and were from the store's old stock, never attached to a bottle, never used.

Postmarked 8/21/1921. Other envelope post marked 8/5/1921. 2 one cent green stamps and one self stamped envelope red stamp. Looks like all the handwriting is Oakley Smith.
