This brooch has a light green, diamond cut rhinestone at the center surrounded by 9 small Aurora Borealis stones and 8 pear shaped rhinestones, that are a shade darker green. They have an A.B. stone between each and are angled to make the brooch look like a flower.All rhinestones are prong-set with thick metal? backing. The brooch measures 1 1/2 in diameter. It is in like new condition with no signs of ever being worn. Although this is not signed, the quality of the rhinestones and the superb craftsmanship are reminiscent of "paste jewels" made by Swarovski in the mid 1950's. |
