Brilliant SONIA deMARIA ITALY Red, Crystal, Turquoise Rhinestone Pave' Earrings Blazing with reflections of ruby red, crystal, and deep turquoise rhinestones, these vintage Italian earrings by deMaria are almost like light-up signs for your lobes! Each gold-plated earring is 1 ½" high and 1/18" wide. The high-polished rectangular back is flat and the stones are set on an arc to bounce the light in all directions. They are all highly reflective and the red and turquoise have super saturated color. Notice how the bands of stones flip in order on each order? Artistic creativity that sets you apart!

The back of each earrings has a matte finish and the "ITALY l demaria" signature plaque. The findings are the clip style. Sonia deMaria, a hair designer from Milan, is the woman behind the jewels. She knows the importance of the full look when finishing touches to an ensemble. These beauties date to about 1985 and are in superb condition.

Vintage HUGE Enamel Dimensional PEACOCK Pin Signed PISCITELLI , Jewel Eyes If you’d like a peacock but your neighbors don’t like squawking birds near, this proud bird is a superb alternative! This vintage beauty has height at 3 5/8" and depth too: about 11/16".

The plumes are in full array and enameled in sparkling sapphire blue, steel blue-gray and emerald green. The feathers themselves have bright gold plating and rich detail. Mr. Peacock’s body stands proudly in front of his beautiful plumage and is topped with a little curl at the crest. His eyes are cut-glass foiled sapphire marquises.

The back of the brooch has a safety clasp pin and is signed "Piscitelli." This memorable bird is in immaculate condition and guaranteed to be seen—but not heard!

Striking NETTIE ROSENSTEIN Jester Joker Pendant with Chunky Chain Necklace This vintage pendant necklace comes from the venerable house of Nettie Rosenstein , a designer whose jewelry pieces are coveted due to the quality, novelty, and rarity. This oversized jester or joker is 4" long and 1 ¾" wide. The gold-plated face has pierced eyes and mouth and is surrounded with a pierced rope-twist frame that loops under the neck. The back of the pendant has a pattern of textured squares and the "Nettie Rosenstein" signature in the casting.

The attached chains when clasped with the hook and loop have a total length of 23". The necklace is not only solid in appearance; it has some heft and weighs about 6 1/2 ounces. This circa 1960 statement pendant is in wonderful condition. Wear it only if you want to be notice and engage in conversation with admirers!

Darling DECO 1940's HORSE Head Hand-Painted Mini Glass Paperweight GF Pin This adorable vintage gold-filled collar pin has an Art Deco design of two circles with pierced wings centered upon a miniature paperweight glass of a horse head with bridle and bit. The width of the pin is 1 3/8" and the height is 9/16". The horse’s portrait has amazing detail considering its diminutive size: it shows the white tips on the ears and strip of white on the forehead, the nostril and the eyebrow too!

The reverse is stamped "1/20 10K AMCO" and the pin has a safety clasp. This sweet circa 1945 pin is in wonderful condition.

Old Signed CZECHOSLOVAKIA Enameled Dutch Holland Blue & White Scenes Bracelet This 1930’s vintage Czechoslovakian enameled bracelet has a sprightly coloration of blue and white traditional Dutch scenes hand-painted on octagonal links. The total length of the bracelet is 7 ¾" and the width is 5/8"

Each of the eight links has a different scene including one of a passenger boat labeled "Amsterdam." The bracelet is in very fine condition with no damage to the enamel and only very slight wear to the edges of a few of the links on the reverse. The joining rings are less silver in tone than the links themselves. The clasp is the spring-ring style and the jump ring is stamped "Czechoslov."

Vintage SWAROVSKI America Rainbow Baguettes Ribbon Loop Pin This gleaming loop brooch is set with a rainbow of Swarovski crystal baguettes. The free-form gold-plated looped design is 2 3/8" long (though you can wear it at any angle) and about 1 ¼" wide. The baguettes shade from emerald to sapphire to amethyst to ruby in a full-width band of glittering reflections of cut lead-crystal stones.

This Swarovski brooch dates to the late 1970s or 1980s, the early years of Swarovski jewelry marketing in American and, thus, has the "S.A.L." (Swarovski America, Ltd.) signature. This ravishing ribbon is great condition and will add a luscious grace note to a solid color top.

Brilliant SONIA RYKIEL PARIS Rhinestone Pave' Dome Earrings These elegant Sonia Rykiel Paris rhinestone pave’ earrings are just the thing for a special event where tasteful glitter is appreciated. Each domed earring is 1" in diameter and 3/8" deep. The tops are pave’ set with brilliant crystal rhinestones or "strass" as the Rykiel’s French couture fashion house calls them. These stones are pristine with absolutely no discoloration. Tiny beads are cast on the domes to simulate the mountings used in fine gem jewelry.

The earrings have clip backs with comfortable cushion pads. The oval signature "Sonia Rykiel, Paris" signature is cast into each earring. Mlle. Rykiel’s jewelry is made in very limited amounts and thus hard to find. This pair of eternally chic earrings is in excellent condition.  

VENDOME 2-Strand Swarovski AB Crystal & Color Bead Bracelet & Clip Earrings Set Dazzling Swarovski pear-shaped cut crystal beads with AB finish mix with deep turquoise, chartreuse, iolite blue, and peridot green bicones in this vintage Vendome two-strand bracelet and clip earring set.
The bracelet is 7 3/8" long and 5/8" wide. The beads are strung on clear nylon for durability and they conform to the wrist nicely. The rhodium-plated fold-over clasp has a textured finish.

The dynamic cluster earrings seem to explode in bursts of pears that shoot up and down around centers of bicones. Each is 1 ¼" high and ¾" wide. The comfy adjustable clip backs are stamped "Vendome" on the upright posts. The set is in lovely condition and has the quality collectors have come to expect in this higher-end costume jewelry line.

New/Old Stock ITALY Red Seed Bead Torsade Necklaces with Labels I was lucky enough to come upon a stash of vintage Italian seed bead torsades (strands of twisted beads) with their original labels! Each of the necklaces has a 14" long bead section with an extender (with bead terminal) and a hook clasp which brings the total length to 20".

The original blue and white paper "Made in Italy" paper label is attached to each. And, obviously, as they were never sold in stores, each is in excellent, unworn condition!

Old Stock Jose BARRERA Brass & Copper Wide CORINTHIAN Hinged Cuff - Never Worn! This ultra dramatic "Corinthian" hinged cuff was designed by Jose’ & Marie Barrera for Avon and has two large scrolls that overlap--they adjust to suit you. The cuff is 2 ½" high at the front and tapers to 1" at the back. The surface is hammered and blends soft, burnished tones of brass and copper. The cuff was available in a bright gold-plated finish for a more disco diva look but I prefer this more natural finish that would suit a Greek goddess!

Fully closed, the inner width is 2 3/8" and with just the edges of the scrolls aligned the inner width is 3". The cuff can be worn at the wrist or higher up on the arm if you prefer it open or you are particularly small-boned. The hinge is signed "Barrera for Avon" and this design was retailed by them in 1989. I have acquired a few of these old-stock pieces, and, of course, the condition is like new as these were never worn.

Vintage 1960's Old Stock CELEBRITY Kitty Cat Red Rhinestone Pendant Necklace This vintage old-stock Celebrity pendant of an adorable, fully body kitty cat is one of several I was lucky to come across that had never been sold – so she’s fresh from mama’s litter to you! The rhodium-plated, prong-set feline is 2" high and has opaque red Austrian cut-glass rhinestones in the body and face with creamy white oval cabs as ears, eyes and feet—such character! The nose on the layered face is another red rhinestone from which separate, twisted-wire whiskers sprout on each side.

The back of the pendant has the soldered "Celebrity N.Y." oval tag. The pendant has a snap bail and an 18" silver-plated chain with spring-ring clasp. This comically cute necklace is in excellent, unworn condition. A fun meow mate for now or any season and a great vintage find that’s good as new!

Vintage MIRACLE Scottish Glass Agate & Celtic Knot Brooch Pin, English Made This vintage brooch by the English firm of A. Hill and Co. of England, under their Miracle line, captures the romance of ancient Scottish agate jewelry in realistically colored glass and antiqued gold-plated metal. The rounded square measures 1 ¾" across and about 3/8" deep. The pierced center is domed and simulates the cords of an elaborate knot. Quatre-foil open designs are cast in the center as well as in the four bars separating the curved glass panels. These panels meld translucent tan, amber, and carnelian tones in beveled-edge inserts.

The back of the brooch reveals decorative castings and the "Miracle" signature. The pin has a safety clasp. The brooch is in super condition and truly has the look of a fine Scottish agate antique jewel.

Old Stock in Box WHITING & DAVIS Watermelon Stones Necklace & Earrings This fabulous old-stock Whiting & Davis set features hypnotic watermelon cabochons and a rainbow of pastel rhinestones in Victorian style gold-plated settings. The necklace’s triple-tier pendant falls 5" including the chain tassel (which uses two style of chain) and has three pierced arcs linked with textured cylinders. Each arc is topped by a bezel-set cabochon that is completely encircled by chaton rhinestones in light yellow, peridot, lilac, pink, blue, and aurora borealis rose, aurora borealis peridot, and aurora borealis blue too! The cabs reflect the vibrant fuchsia, green, and yellow hues of watermelon tourmaline and the rhinestones flash all the softer tones--it’s a riot of changing colors as you move!

The two strands of the neck chain are each just under 11" long so the total inner circumference of the necklace including spring-ring claps is 22" long.

The coordinating earrings are 2 ¼" long and ¾" in diameter. Each has the watermelon cabochon and rhinestone frame top with a tassel drop on a pierced filigree frame. The backs are clip style. The set comes in the original "Whiting & Davis" gift box and is in excellent unworn condition. Whiting & Davis stopped making non-mesh jewelry in 1980.

Old Stock CAROLEE for NEIMAN MARCUS Swiss Coin & Faux Pearl Earrings on CARD Swiss coins rimmed in black enamel and surrounded by plump, oversized creamy faux pearls make these vintage Carolee for Neiman Marcus earrings ultra luxe! Each earring is 1 5/8" in diameter and 3/8" deep. The faux round pearls are 8mm in diameter and rise around the coins to enhance the design drama. Since Switzerland has four national languages, the Latin name, Helvetia is used on coins to keep all parties happy.

The earrings have firm but comfortable clip backs and are cast with the Carolee mark. They come on the original velvet-front "Carolee for Neiman Marcus" card. Condition is perfect, unworn, and the timing is ideal as the bold, "moneyed" look of late 20th century costume jewelry is again all the rage.

ANNE KLEIN COUTURE Adj. Choker 4-Strand Necklace & ORIG Tag, Never Worn This fiercely chic vintage Anne Klein Couture adjustable choker necklace features the designer’s trademark lion head logo in the center as a royal emblem intersecting four strands of double-link rolo chains. The buffed gold-plated chains spread to a width of about 1 1/8" and they graduate in length so that the necklace widens at the lower edge. The lion plaque measures 7/8" high by ¾" wide by almost ¼" thick –the lion’s face rises in profile above that.

You can adjust the necklace from a length of 13 ¼" to just under 15" using the extender chain. The extender has the "Anne Klein Couture" hang tag and the original price tag is included. The tag’s elastic has broken but the loop is attached to the necklace and the tag shows the piece retailed for $125.00 and was made in the United States (ah, remember the days when all fine costume jewelry was!). The necklace is in excellent, unworn condition and will certainly make you as proud as a lioness can be.
