I fell instantly in love with this contemporary Chico’s velveteen and mixed metals contoured necklace—it’s so elegant and still ultra modern. The flattering, curved front is about 5 ½" wide and each of the matte finish silver and gold metal plaques flares out for a height of 1 1/4". These sculptural elements are strung on elasticized plum ribbon for an adjustable fit—you can wear the collar low on the neck or lower at the collarbone. The silver plaques are inlaid with amethyst rhinestones in two sizes.

The front section is finished with a pair of facetted amethyst beads on each end; the back ribbons are also elasticized for a custom fit.
At its shortest, the collar has an inside diameter of 14 1/2" and with the extender chain and hook at its longest the length is 18 ½". The chain is nicely finished with another bead and the hook has the Chico’s signature hang-tag. The necklace is also stamped on the back of each plaque; the condition is as lovely as the look. Anyone who has shopped at this fine boutique knows Chico’s presents fashion-forward designs that are well-made and not inexpensive. They always command attention and this rich velveteen necklace is no exception!
