This amazing Vendome crystal parure is made of Swarovski cut-crystal AB-finish beads with novelty spacers of black disks and white plastic petal caps! The set includes a necklace, coil bracelet, large brooch, and hoop earrings.
The necklace’s two strands are 23" and 25 3/4" (each length includes clasp). The facetted AB crystal beads are 11mm in diameter and each is hugged on both ends by a white flower-form cap. Between the crystals are black disk beads and seed beads. A fold-over clasp of textured rhodium plated bars signed "Vendome" closes the necklace.
The coil bracelet, 7/8" wide, has two rows of the bead design separated by rhodium-plated separator bars. The memory wire is firm and keeps the coil in shape. With ends just touching the inner width is 2 1/8" but you can certainly wear it open wider. The inner measurement is 6".
A hoop of beads forms each drop earring which measures 2 ½" high by 1 5/8" wide. The AB crystal beads at the top are sent in pronged mounts with adjustable clip backs signed "Vendome."
Finally, the hand-wired, domed brooch is 2 1/8" wide and 7/8" deep. The "rays" of beads are tipped in disks, AB crystals, black and white round beads, and rhinestone pins! The rhodium-plated filigree back has a safety clasp closure and the applied "Vendome" signature plaque.
The set came from the collection of a woman who frequented high-end stores in the 1960s and 1970s and bought only fine costume jewelry—then carefully stored it away, many pieces were never worn! This set is in excellent condition and with its go-with-everything black-and-white color theme you have limitless mix and match options! To be the center of attention: wear it all at once!
