This 1930’s brass festoon necklace is strung with two tiers of large, double-sided brass leaves and stamped ball beads that sound like little bells when they clink against their links. The front portion of the necklace measures 5" wide and drapes 3". The leaves have stippled backgrounds and raised veins; the balls have concentric raised ribs. The overall length of the inner chain is 16 ˝" and it closes with a large spring-ring clasp. The necklace has the rich, warm patina we look for in old brass with a few darker links darker. Always in style, this brass festoon is in great condition and is a fun accessory year-round! |
