| These rare hand-cut crystal bead earrings really live up to the chandelier name—you can almost imagine them hanging over the banquet table in the mansion of a very rich doll! Each earring is just under 3" long and 1" wide. The three tiers of facetted, clear crystal beads are arrange in six columns with two layers of barrel shapes above a swinging fringe of cone crystals. The earrings have silver-plated screw tops with claw-set round crystal bead fronts. The slight variations in the cut of each bead tell us they were carefully hand-made in Europe of fine lead crystal. Even with electrical wiring, your ears will be brilliant stars of the evening. These circa 1l950 earrings are in wonderful condition and speak of quality and careful craftsmanship from another time. |
