| The white and black combo of abstract patterns on these white satin faux pearls gives this 1960’s necklace a high-fashion look. The 21 ˝" long strand is made of 5/8" diameter beads with randomly printed "ink spot" figures—think amoebas or the free-form organic prints of the mid-century. Each bead has a glossy black filigree cap on each end and small black seed beads keep the strand fluid. An ornamental half-bead-in-bezel, box-clasp finishes the strand in style. It is stamped "Hong Kong" on the back. Virtually no colored metal shows on the clasp, so you can wear the bold beads with jewels of silver or gold. You can also show off the clasp at the side of the neckline. The condition is unworn and very fine. |
