This 1930’s vintage Apple Juice Bakelite bracelet is a fun and rare find with curved links joined by brass rings and topped with chic brass feathers.

The bracelet is ¾" wide and has an inner circumference when clasped of 7 3/8". The Bakelite portions are completely transparent and test very positive with Formula 409. They have some light surface scratches (really not visible when the bracelet is on the arm). The gilt brass feathers and rings add a jazzy note to the style. They are attached by rivets and have oxidized finishes as would be expected with pieces of the age (if you cared to, polish would probably remove the gilding). The large spring-ring clasp is easy to use. Certainly not your run-of-the-mill bangle, this is a dressier style specially designed to highlight the panels on top and bottom of the wrist.
