This precious sterling photo locket is unique in that it holds four photos—on each on the front and back walls of the heart and two on the dividing heart "door" within! The locket is 1" wide and 1" high (not including the bale which is stamped "Ster PPC). The front is engraved with three tinted pink and green flowers on a lattice background. The center has a smooth heart outline suitable for a monogram.

The photo holders within come with vinyl/plastic covers (the larger ones cover ¾" wide images and the covers have arc openings at the upper corner; one has a few stress lines). The smaller center photos can be a hair over 5/8’ wide (their covers are not cut with an arc). The back of the heart is satin polished and has a little light surface wear.
A 20" box link sterling chain with spring-ring clasp compliments the heart locket; the flat link of the chain is stamped "925 Italy." I am charmed by the colored finish on the engraved flowers and the practical beauty of this novel locket really set it apart from the rest.
