This vintage carved butterscotch Bakelite heart is actually a miniature perfume bottle! The 1" high bottle has marbled colors (some variance will occur in each of the several I have in stock). It is topped with a Lucite acrylic disk, the evergreen shade of which Lucite symbolizes the everlasting nature of love. The heart tests positive as Bakelite and the brass screw stopper is fully functional—all the way down to the bulbous dabber end! The perfume well is about the width of the thick part of the stopper. The interwoven, gold-plated neck chain has a total inner length of 16 ˝" including the spring-ring clasp.
