This big beauty of a 1930’s dress clip is made of glossy, red-enamel coated composition cherries in two sizes (7/8" and 5/8") that reflect light like polished Bakelite beads. The clip measures 2 7/8" long by 1 ¾" wide and is 1 ¼" deep.
The metal back has a pronged/spring clip mechanism for a sure grip on thicker fabrics. This fun and fruity pre-war accessory is in wonderful condition and can be popped onto an open collar, a pocket or put on a cord or chain to form a knockout pendant.
