Lush foliage, rosebuds and full-blossom roses burst forth from this pair of deeply carved, pre-ban vintage ivory bangle bracelets. Each bangle is 5/16" in wide, 3/8" thick, and has an inner opening of 2 9/16".
Do take some time to admire the incredible handwork that went into carving the fine serrated edges on the leaves—some are translucent they are so thinly sculpted as they curl above the surface; the petals that furl into the centers of the roses; and the smoothly polished background.

The natural cross-hatch graining is visible on the ultra-smooth interior of each bangle and the edges of the carved foliage and roses.
The bangles are in superb condition. It is rare to find a matched pair and the carving on this duo is truly impressive.
