A mirror-polished finish reflects light off the wavy face of this vintage stainless steel Mod pendant set with a faux opal of Lucite acrylic! The pendant is 2" in diameter and hangs from a 27" long chain with spring-ring clasp.
The circle is centered by an orange oval cabochon embedded with luminous foil inclusions—it resembles the baby of a precious opal and a Mexican fire opal only on steroids with much bigger opalescent particles!
This type of steel jewelry was often made in England; this piece is unmarked. The condition is super and the look is madly Mod and perfect for that future-perfect style setter!
