This fabulous mixed materials necklace by Orena of Paris combines enameled metal, gold-plated mesh, silver matte metal, and rhinestones! The inside circumference is 15 1/2". The front portion of the contoured necklace is 4 ¼" across and just over ½" wide at the center where the textured gold is punctuated by rounds of silver set with crystal chatons. The burgundy red enamel bars add color. The portions on the ornament’s edges are polished to contrast with the supple mesh strands (one tiny surface flaw on left polished section).
The "Orena Paris" oval signature tag is applied to the ornament. A hook and ring closure secure this chic late 20th century necklace which is in very fine condition.
