This modernist sterling silver pendant by Sten & Laine of Finland takes the form of a perfectly circular crater draped with molten pulls or ribbons upon which float sterling balls. The pendant measures 1 ¼" in diameter and is 3/16" deep.
The marks on the bail include: (S&L graphic hallmark), 925H, (Turku mark), T7 (this signifies 1972). The pendant comes with a 16 ¼" sterling silver cable chain with spring-ring clasp (stamped 925). The pendant retains patina as found which enhances the other-worldly design of the casting.
