This lacy Art Nouveau / Edwardian lavaliere pendant in gold-finished brass features a claw-set emerald green paste jewel. The pendant alone measures 1 1/16" long; the bail adds another ¼". The inside of the bail is stamped "ORR," most likely for William Orr of Boston whose shop was established in Boston in the early 19th century. The newer 16" gold-filled chain has a spring-ring clasp. This circa 1905 lavaliere is in excellent condition and is the essence of delicate adornment!
