This vintage double locket has a fabulous hand-painted Bird of Paradise in guilloche enamel on the front and an ornate stamped scrolled design on the back---two lockets in one! The oval pendant is 1 ¾" high and 1 3/8" wide.

The pure white enamel front has a delicate stamped design of tiny arcs on the background which is overglazed in cobalt blue with the exotic bird flitting among roses, wildflowers and foliage.
Both inner compartments have gold-plated frames and clear plastic protectors (one is slightly crimped). They can each hold a photo measuring 1 5/16" by 1". The chain is 25" long and closes with a spring-ring. This special double locket is in wonderful condition and is unusual for its lovingly hand—painted scene.
