This elegant strand of chunky striped Lucite acrylic beads has a very French look (laminated Lucite was popularized by Lea Stein) and alternates cream and café au lait bands for an accessory that can be worn with nearly any color.
The necklace is 20 ¾" long and each of the larger oval beads is 13/16" wide. The spacers are pure cream white as is the sleek screw-barrel closure. This type of acrylic and the clasp style are more commonly found with European jewelry. The necklace is in great condition and lends an air of platsique chic to your neckline.
