This sleek vintage Native American sterling silver cuff features five cabochons of polished onyx in saw-tooth settings. The cuff is 9/16" wide at the front and tapers to ¼ "at the back opening of 1 1/8". The inner width across the oval is 2 5/16".
Each of the onyx cabs is securely bezel-set; soldered spheres of sterling are placed in pairs between the gemstones. The inside of the cuff is stamped "Sterling." The size is slightly adjustable and the condition is very fine with patina as found.
The cuff is part of a collection of older pieces I acquired from a family whose senior members traveled west each year and purchased hand-crafted Native American jewelry. Please see the other Native American jewelry pieces in my shop.
