The 1970’s-1980’s renewal of interest in Art Deco resulted in some modern takes on the floral geometric jewels called "fruit salad" such as this piece incorporating frosted glass flowers, glass cabs, and crystal rhinestones. The gold-plated, antiqued finish pin is 1 3/4" wide and 1" high.
The pierced design is topped with two bezels holding simulated sapphire and emerald stones; the frosted crystal and pink tourmaline glass flowers with tiny rhinestone centers fill out the gem-colored display.
The back has a swirled pattern (you will recognize it as the "signature" of that quality jewelry company that specializes in Deco style pieces) and a safety clasp pin. Condition is like new, taste like the 1920’s, and the charm—timeless!
