A large faceted stone of opaque white glass is set in a Florentine white-washed scrolled frame in this 1960’s brooch. The design is a little over 1 ¾" wide and ½" thick. The stone is held with four fancy prongs; the brooch has a safety pin clasp. The fresh Mediterranean style reminds me of those pieces from Art or Goldette but is unsigned—yet there’s no way you will be overlooked in this pristine white pretty!
