Vintage Dr. Palmer's ALMOMEAL Powder Can Circa. 1940s tin of Dr. Palmers facial cleanser. The powder was to be mixed with water to form a paste to apply to the face. The tin has a cardboard body with wraparound paper label, and tin end caps. Height is 4". Some contents remains, although it has hardened.

Condition: Tin is in very nice display condition. No damage to tin or labels. Has some very light age soiling on labels.

Vintage NAIL TINT Milkglass Jar - Harriet Hubbard Ayer 'A delicate natural tint for nails, cheeks, lips, or lobes of the ear' is written on label. Mostly-full contents, 1 1/2" high. The milk glass jar has a wraparound paper label on 3 sides, the fourth side has the company name impressed into the glass itself. Circa. early 1900s. thru 1920s.

Condition: Great display condition, no damage to glass. Label is complete.

Vintage Milk Glass Jar - AVON Nail Polish Remover Pads Old milkglass jar from Avon Products, Inc. Jar has metal screw-top, most of the cotton pad contents remain, that have dried-out. Size is 3" diameter x 1 1/4" high.

Condition: Nice condition, no chips to glass. 2 tiny spots of discoloration on lid, 1 very small scratch into the glass near bottom that's not distracting.

Vintage CUTEX COMPACT NAIL CARE SET A boxed set of Cutex products, including Oily Cuticle Remover, Oily Polish Remover, and Salon Polish, plus asst. nail tools. Bottles are glass with bakelite caps. Total height of bottles is 2 3/8", dabs of contents remain in 2 of them, third is empty.

Condition: Displays nicely, bottles/caps have no damage. Labels are complete, the Polish Remover label shows wear. Outer box is sturdy, front shows good amount of soiling and wear/surface tears.

Vintage DONALD's BATH POWDER Tin An early litho. tin with mostly full contents. One or two teaspoons of the powder was to be used to soften and perfume the bath. Manufactured by the Donald Richard Co. of Iowa City, Iowa. Tin is 4 1/2" tall.

Condition: Overall fair condition, with a good amount of wear to the paint. Some original luster remains. One very small and shallow indent above bottom seam on one side. Top of tin is not seated properly, it is raised a bit on one side.

Vintage STIEFEL'S FRECKLE SOAP Tin An early litho. tin complete with bar of soap contents and flyer insert. The medicinal soap was advertised to remove freckles in a few days, as well as clear up unsightly tan and blemishes on the face and body. Tin is hinged lid style, and measures 3 1/4" x 2 1/2" x 1" high. Soap still retains it's not too pleasant odor.

Condition: No damage to tin, hinged-lid works well. Still retains it's original luster. Gold color is worn-off on sides of tin. Paper wrapper around soap has some small tears and a small edge section on front of paper is missing.

Vintage La Lete Cosmetic Gift Set - Perfumes Creams A boxed set containing a selection of vintage beauty products; an unopened face powder box, clear-glass jar of Vanishing Cream, clear-glass jar of Cold Cream, glass bottles of toilet water, hand lotion and Lily of the Valley perfume. All glass bottles are empty, the jars still contain original product.

Face powder box is 2 7/8" diameter, the taller glass bottles are 3 1/4" tall with bakelite caps.

Condition: All in excellent condition with no damage. The small perfume has some light discoloration to label. The metal lids on the jars have very light chipping of the blue color at edges. Outer box is very good condition, there is 1 small tear to inside liner to the right of the opening with the cold cream.
