Old hard-plastic and metal construction with metal face plate. Size is 3 3/4" high x 3 1/2" x 2" wide(at base). The 1 ounce rate is 3-cents on the scale (rate used from 1932 to 1958). Very nice condition with no damage; works well, there are some small dots of discoloration on the metal on one side. Circa. 1950s.
