The 4 cent first class rate was used between 1958 and 1963. This is the Triner LIBERTY 1 model. All metal construction, chromed metal rim plate surrounds weight chart. Size is 4 1/8" high x 4 1/2" long.

Condition: Very nice condition for display purposes, no rust or damage. This scale appears to be missing a part inside as top plate is wobbly, and weight does not register correctly.
