Minted in 1974 as one of the coins in the Commemorative Silver Dollar Series. Commemorates the 100th anniversary of Winnipeg. The zeroes on the reverse show a view of Portage Ave. & Main in 1874, with the 2nd zero showing the same location in 1974.
Silver content=50%, total coin weight=23.30 grams(.82 ounce).
Coin is as issued by the Royal Canadian Mint. The uncirculated Proof dollar is encased in plastic. Coin is housed in a faux leatherette case, with cardboard outer protective sleeve.
Condition: Proof, no visible flaws. There is glare in the pictures causing the uneven-looking coloring.
