This amazing bronze vase dates from the late Edo to early Meiji period ca 1870. The carving detail is fantastic as can be seen in the photos. On the front is Jurojin the Japanese god of longevity in a stand of bamboo. It stands 5.8 in. tall. Please check out the pictures, as they accurately represent the condition.
