Classic scene from Japan with cherry blossoms blooming in the temple grounds. This original Meiji era print was signed by the artist (we have been unable to translate the signature). It was printed on typical soft paper of the 19th century. This print is not backed and was folded vertically, now flattened. Good bleed through as seen in the pictures. There are no other holes, tears, damage or repairs. Nice linework and fine detail. Guaranteed to by 19th century, not a later reproduction. It will make a great display piece when framed.
