This lovely Taisho era (ca 1920) hanging scroll is adorned with a landscape scene featuring a lovely high waterfall. This painting is done on silk and mounted on a silk brocade scroll backing with bone roller ends. The painting is signed, but I have not been able to tranlate the signature. It measures 78 inches long by 21.5 inches wide and is beautiful when hanging. There is some minor dirt, staining and some slight creasing as shown in the photographs.
