We aren't sure about the age of this lovely Japanese vase but estimate it to be ca 1955. It stands 10 inches tall, is 4.5 inches in diameter at the widest point, and weighs about 1.75 pounds. It has a very rare twisted design with a rich dark, almost pigeon blood , red ground and hand painted scenery on the front side. This vase is n excellent condition.
