This beautiful little cream ladle is the Cordova pattern by Wm. Rogers and was made in 1898. The bowl is nicely engraved with a floral design. No monogram. It has very slight silver loss on the heel of the bowl - not serious. Will be a lovely extra serving piece even if it does not match your other silver.
