Morimura Brothers Noritake Deco LustreTeapot Set Beautiful Deco Style Peachy Orange and Black Luster Ware Teapot Set, Cups and Saucers and Small 7 1/2'' Plates Set, circa 1930. Marked with the double wreath M mark, Hand Painted, Japan, an early mark for Morimura Brothers a predecessor of Noritake. This set is beautifully done with colorful flowers and thick, gold decoration on the border and trim. The cups are luminous and quite fragile appearing as egg-shell thin porcelain. There is some wear to the orange (more peachy than orange) luster from rubbing. No chips, crack or hairlines. Set includes teapot, covered sugar bowl, 3 cup and saucer sets and 4 small plates for your dainty cakes. Please enlarge the pictures so the beautiful detail is apparent.
