Old Mulberry ? China Vegetable Bowl with Cottage Decal This Vegetable Bowl is made in the style of the old flow blue pieces of the English and American potters during the 1800s. Some of the English companies also made a Mulberry version which is described as the color of crushed Mulberries -- purple, sometimes very dark. The colors of this bowl are a dark pink/purple that have the flowing/bleeding effect under the glaze. There is an embossed fan-like pattern, gold floral trim and a center English cottage scene. There are many similar designs but the colors on this unmarked bowl are different, making it hard to identify. There is some of the expected darkening and crazing from age on the interior and a small flake on the underside of the rim. The minor defects do add to the romantic charm of this old bowl. bowl measures 10 1/2'' in diameter and 3'' tall.

French Limoges Hand Painted Small Floral Plate Vintage French Limoges Handpainted Small Pink and Green Floral Plate with gold trim. Marked Limoges, France, measures 7 3/4'' in diameter. No chips, cracks or crazing. The satiny finished, handpainted colors of the flowers are exquisitely done. Beautiful displayed.

John Maddock Covered Sugar Bowl John Maddock & Sons Covered Sugar Bowl with side handles. I've not been able to locate a pattern name for this piece. It has a white body, gold trim and green and rust floral bands. It is marked with a stamped John Maddock & Sons, England, Royal Vitreous and possibly a letter P. There are no chips or cracks, but there is faint age crazing, slight wear to the gold on the handles from use and a small spot where the glaze has darkened slightly on the lid. All in all, this sugar bowl has aged very gracefully.

Red Wing Hankscraft Aqua Baby Bottle Warmer Red Wing's Hankscraft Aqua with White Interior Baby or Child's Cup embossed with scenes depicting ''The Old Lady Who Lived In A Shoe'' nursery rhyme. This piece was made in the late 1940s and is pictured in Moran's Red Wing Pottery book, page 174 with a matching warming dish. That book call this a baby cup, but it is larger than most baby's cups. Another book depicting children's dishes calls it a bottle warmer which certainly makes more sense. It measures 3 1/2'' tall and 3 7/8'' in diameter. The bottom is marked with an incised 968 Hankscraft, U.S.A. There is hint of delicate crazing visible on the white interior and a spot of grey on the interior, under the glaze. The embossed nursery rhyme decorations encircle the cup and the detail is sharp and clear. The finish is a satiny, soft gloss glaze. I found a collection of these Hankscraft Bottle Warmers in pink, aqua and blue and bought them all.

Bavaria Tirschenreuth Black Rose Design Serving Bowl Bavaria Tirschenreuth Round Serving Bowl with white body, black (more of a dark grey) rose design and yellow rim. Measures 9 1/8'' in diameter and 2 1/4'' tall. Marked with logo, PT 60, Bavaria, Tirshenreuth, Germany, US Standard Design 04/Tir. There is some fading of the yellow border, a couple teeny flea bite specks on the underside of the rim (hard to see), and slight fading of the rose decal. All of the items listed are slight and not readily noticeable. Pieces of Bavaria, Tirschenreuth Germany Dinnerware in this pattern are scarce and this is a lovely Serving Bowl.

Vintage Pair of Floral Egg Cups Pretty little pair of vintage egg cups in white and yellow with yellow handpainted flowers. They measure 2 3/8'' tall and 1 7/8'' in diameter and are unmarked. These look very much like the hand painted items from companies like the California Cleminsons, Purinton and Blue Ridge Pottery(1930s-1950s era). One of the egg cups has two light hairlines at the top. The other cup is in very good condition. They make a nice addition to any vintage kitchen or egg cup collection. Price is for the set of two.

No chips or cracks. There is the faintest amount of crazing and maybe a touch of paint lightening on the flowers. This is a beautiful plate to display in a romantic rose-covered country cottage.

Vintage Ornate England Shallow Serving Bowl or Pie Dish Vintage Shallow Bowl or Pie Dish with sculpted edges, scroll and shell embossing, gold accent trim and a floral pattern in the center. Bowl measures 9 1/2'' in diameter and 1 1/2'' tall. Stamped on backside (I cannot decipher all of the mark) &E. COR N, England, Porcelain Royale, Enterprise. There is a teeny glaze pop on the outer rim (hard to see because of the design) and a few tiny dark specks under the glaze, actually pretty good vintage condition. Use this beautiful, shallow bowl or pie dish at your next party or afternoon tea.

Vintage Leuchtenburg Germany Serving Bowl Vintage Leuchtenburg Germany Serving Bowl with soft, muted brown, pink and green Rose motif and gold trim. Measures 9'' in diameter and stamped with Leuchtenburg Germany and castle? logo--very faint. There is wear to the brown coloration and gold trim and two tiny pin point dark specks (manufacturing) under the glaze. Very pretty vintage bowl for the shabby chic cottage decor.

Vintage Covered Soap Dish and Shaving Mug Vanity Set Vintage Covered Soap Dish and Shaving Mug Vanity or Bath Set in pretty floral violets pattern with gold trim. Marked Semi-Porcelain, bow and arrow logo (no manufacturer name) and artists initials. While the complete mark is not visible I was able to locate a matching piece to this set in an antique mall. It is marked as above with the KTAK initials for Knowles, Taylor & Knowles legible. The company started in 1853 as Knowles and Harvey, changing to Knowles, Taylor & Knowles in 1872 and used until 1929 when they were purchased by the American China Company. Very good vintage condition with pinpoint black speck on the underside of the cover, gentle all-over age crazing and a small area where the lines have darkened (see pics) but glaze is smooth and intact. Knowles, Taylor and Knowles and many of the old china companies others made these pieces as part of the bedroom / bathroom chamber sets during the turn of the last century. Not surprisingly, few pieces of these sets survived intact. This pretty soap dish and shaving mug set is perfect for the Victorian or Cottage decor.

Rosenthal Footed Moliere Bowl Beautiful Rosenthal Footed Bowl in the Moliere shape with a pink and green floral and soft grey and maroon trim accents on a creamy, buttery, ivory body. Stands on 3 delicate feet with stamped Rosental logo, Gronach - Germany, Moliere. There is an area of white on the bottom where the ivory glaze did not cover. Excellent condition. This bowl is gorgeous!
