Vintage Small Wood Cabinet
Vintage Wooden Cabinet with one drawer. Can be placed on the counter or hung on the wall. Measures 14'' tall, 8 1/2'' wide and 5 1/2'' deep. This was probably made in the 1940s-50s era, but can't say exactly. It has sustained small dents over time and has developed a lovely patina--adding to the nice vintage character.

Vintage Woodcroftery Wood Spoon Rack
Vintage Woodcroftery Wood Spoon Rack for the wall. Has places for 16 spoons and cupped areas for plants or your favorite collectibles. The wood joinery is very good and except for some discoloration on the inside from old glued-in styrofoam (you can't see it when it's hanging), this rack is in great condition. Measures 18'' tall and 13 3/4'' wide. Marked on the back Genuine Woodcroftery, Fruitwood Cherry, Made in America. I also have some salad bowls listed also made by this company. I believe Woodcroftery is, sadly, no longer in business but they produced nice quality products.
Thanks to former (40 years ago) Woodcroftery employee, Gary T. for the following info: The company only used cherry wood for their products which were made in Wayland, NY. This plant went from log to final raw product, using a unique steam/air drying process. The stain formula was kept secret with the staining done at a separate plant in a different community.

Vintage Wooden Storage Box
Vintage Wooden or Treenware Covered Storage Box in possibly walnut or maple wood. This storage box may originally have been used to hold salt or possibly tobacco. It is a square shape, gently rounded with a carved round middle and round cover--please see the pictures. The box is made of thick rounded sections, apparently laminated together (the joints are hidden) with a thinner base nailed onto the bottom. Box measures 4 7/8'' square and 4'' tall including the cover. There is slight hairline separation in part of the wood, common to wood since it expands and contracts with temperature and moisture changes. There are also a couple of tiny dents in the wood. I am guessing this box was made in the 1920s-40s era. The wood grain and joinery looks much like the old treadle sewing machine cabinets.

Old Wood Lap Table Top Writing Desk with Painted Eagle
Vintage Wooden Lap or Table Top Writing Desk with Eagle and USA Flag Shield Painted Decoration on the top. Measures 13 1/2'' long, 11 1/8'' wide and 3 1/4'' tall. The old, rustic red shows some wear, slight paint rubs, and a small chipping on the back corner (see pictures). The corners are mitered and joined with small wood tendons (the pictures don't show them very well). Actually it's in quite good condition and a very charming old wooden desk.
