Government researched text loaded with information for Biologists, Wildlife professionals, etc. However, there are fascinating details anyone with an interest in preserving or restoring natural habitat will find invaluable. Very good condition with no tears, markings, etc. There is a some wrinkling on a few of the pages--possibly from outdoor study--but nothing that impedes the usefulness.
