Eva Zeisel Hyalyn Z Ware Footed Compote Eva Zeisel design for Hyalyn High Fashion Z Ware Brown Footed Compote. This hard to find Compote is marked Z-5, U.S.A. and measures 5 3/4'' in diameter and 4 7/8'' tall. The brown is a glossy blend of medium and dark chocolate brown with a very subtle hint of mottled blue drip glaze. There are a couple of faint, superficial scratches on the interior from use which are not distracting. Very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. The dark, shiny finish makes it difficult to get a good picture--spots on the compote are glare from the camera flash.
