Manufacturer: Lotus Glass Decorating Company
Lotus Glass Decorating Company Decorated This Beautiful Large Console Bowl with Heavy Sterling Silver Overlay on the #902 Gothic Plantagonet AKA Parson Etch from the 1920s era. (Pictured in Hazel Marie Weatherman's book of Colored Glassware of the Depression Era). Pattern depicts silver medallions dipping down into the etched pattern of plumes/scrolls and urns. Hopefully the pictures will show the incredible detail on this bowl. Bowl measures 13'' in diameter and 3 1/2'' tall. There are no chips or cracks. While the silver overlay appears somewhat worn, we believe it has darkened and could be polished for more shine. (We like the way it looks now.) This elegantly designed bowl is an incredible find! |
