Small USA Pottery Blue Elephant Planter measuring 3 3/4'' long and 3 1/4'' tall. Unmarked with dry, flat bottom. Definitely vintage USA pottery, possibly Shawnee or Brush-McCoy as the Sanford's Guide to Brush McCoy pictures picture a very similar one, but the angle and size make it difficult to say for sure. No chips, cracks or crazing, just the usual manufacturing glaze skips and pops. |
