American Agriculturist for the Farm, 1872
New York: Orange Judd & Co. 1872, Vol XXXI, bound Jan - Dec, 476 pg Three-Quarter Leather. Very Good. Very attractive bound volume of a full year's run of the American Agriculturalist. Spine and corners in black leather, nicely marbled boards with wear, binding still strong. Many wonderful engravings within including advertisements and illustrations for articles and stories. This variety magazine offered entertainment, information, and advice for the rural American in the late 1800's. A fabulous piece of period printing. Pages bright and white, leather torn on hinge of spine on front cover, some rubbing to boards, but still very strong and clean inside.
