593
For sale is this nice large, early hat box or band box. This one is oval in shape and measures 18 1/2 x 8 x 13. The colors and wallpaper are just great. The lid has a running deer being chased by a dog. This box is worn and has supporting stitching going around the lid and base. None the less it gives a great look and stacks well. I believe it would be safe to date this box to the mid 1800's or earlier.

2348
For sale is this unusual brass mirror. It is very old and quite ornate. There is a bird at the very top of the mirror. Each corner of the mirror is rolled and the beveled mirror is held in with a frame made of brass circles. The handle of the mirror is a woman, her hands are above her head as if she is holding up the mirrir. The mirror has some worn spots on it. Great patina on the brass.
