Wine Dispencer rod iron and pressed glass Wine Dispencer holder made of rod iron with a pressed glass wine dispencer. The pour needle is made of chrome finished, plastic. The chrome has some finish wear. Just press your goblet to the pour needle and out comes your wine. Best guess to me, the pressed glass wine dispencer, looks like the American Fostoria pattern. Maker is unknown, best guess made in USA. The base has the motif of a pie plate, and measures 7 inch diameter. Height 18 inch with rod iron holder and glass decanter as shown over all 9 X 7 inch. There appears to be rough spots along the top rim of wine holder, or grinding spots from mold. No other chips, cracks or clouding noted. The rod iron holder base has slight paint finish wear as seen or not seen in pictures. Best guess this item is from the 1960s and a great estate find.
