Manufacturer: Westmoreland?
Glass Center Handled Sandwich Tray from the Elegant Depression Era. It measures approximately 10" in diameter and is 5 3/4" high, to tip of handle. See photo for color and design on rim. May be Westmoreland, but not sure. There were several other companies that made plates like this. I assure you this is a very beautiful piece. Very nice condition.
