This is an Vintage Mississippi State Plate. Mississippi is known as the Magnolia State. The Plate measures 9 7/8" in diameter. It has a very ornate gold border. Center of plate is in burgundy red color. Theme is Vicksburg National Military Park. Images include Old Warren County Courthouse, Illinois Memorial, Old Observation Tower, Mississippi River Bridge, The Sprague River Museum and Jefferson Davis Monument. As I have tried to show in the pictures there is a chip in the rim of plate and a crack in the back due to manufacture. |
