Lovely little gold trimmed, pie crust edge dish. It appears to have never been used as an ashtray, but could be used as a shallow bowl. This china ashtray or bowl is 5 1/2" in diameter and 1" high. Is in good condition with a tiny chip on the rim that i tried to capture in the pictures. Made in Japan. Red lettering on back. The ashtray shows the antique "Selden’s Motor Wagon, 1877.".
