Manufacturer: L.E. Smith Glass
L.E. Smith was the maker of these Scotty Dogs that were given away in the 1930s. The creamer measures 5 7/8" inches in length. Item shows slight wear and has the usual factory flaws, but there are no chips or cracks that I can find. These are getting very hard to find. Unmarked, but for a #13 in the bottom.
