George & Martha Washington Cast Iron Wall Hanging
This is a pair of George & Martha Washington heads. Made of Black Cast Iron. They have at the top a circle for hanging on the wall. The detail on them is just fantastic. On the back is some writting that I can not make out except for the # 645 & # 646. George does have some white (looks like paint splatter) on his top of head. But I did not want to try to remove it as I know nothing about cast iron and did not want to ruin the piece.
