McCoy Brown Drip Mugs Seven (7) McCoy brown drip mugs with D handles measure 3 1/2inches x 3 1/4inches.According to Kovels' Antiques & Collectibles price list 2002 these are the measurements of the real McCoy brown drip mugs.Condition is excellent with the exception of minor pottery bloopers on 2 of the mugs. The bottom of the cups have McCoy USA embedded into the glaze in dark brown or black and the Mccoy mark. On the unglazed area which is the rim of the base is imprinted in blue lettering on 2 cups which I cannot make out. These delicious looking mugs are great for a gift or for use in the kitchen especially for hot chocolate with marshmallow or whipped cream. The McCoy brown drip cookie jar in my store--Baba's Attic--would add warmth and make a great addition to a set of brown drip cups for mid morning cookies 'n coffee/hot chocolate on a chilly winter morning. An absolute delight.

Green Brown McCoy Vase 1940's Gorgeous reproduction or fake McCoy footed fan shaped vase stands 7 3/4 inches at the highest point.I say it's a repro or fake because the real McCoy measures 8 inches. This one came out of a McCoy collection sold at an estate sale.Grapes and leaves decorate the vase. All glazed in light mint green and browns all over an off white/ivory glaze. except for the bottom. There are no markings on the bottom. There are black speckles on 3 grapes at the very top of the vase at the lips edge. This grapes adorned McCoy vase is in very good condition. No cracks or chips or crazing or fleebites

McCoy Vase Birds and Berries This is a true 1940's McCoy vase decorated with a bird, cherries, & leaves on one side and a branch of cherries and leaves on the opposite side. The pink glazed vase is urn shaped, footed, with side tab handles is 8 1/4 inches tall. The mouth is 6 inches wide.In 1995 Kovels' Antiques & Collectibles book states that a true McCoy vase of this type is 8 1/4 inches tall. The McCoy factory closed in 1990. Since 1991,pottery was made with the McCoy mark by companies unrelated to the original company of McCoy.Reproductions and fakes have been made since which are recognized by knowing the size of the true McCoy pieces. This is an absolute amazing piece to add to a McCoy collection or to a vase collection or add to the decor of your homeThere is a lot of crazing inside the vase on the base. The crazing deminishes going up in the interior toward the mouth. On the exterior the crazing is is less noticible. There are as there is in old pieces factory bloopers--a glaze pop on the outside by the tab handle, one on the interior on the base and flee bites on the bottom of the base and a few flee bites on the outside. The bottom has imprinted into the glaze "McCoy Made in U.S.A.". In 1995 the value was $9.00,in 2002 the value was $60-$70.Thanks for shopping at Baba's Attic.

McCoy basket weave violet plant pot c:1950's McCoy basket weave 3 1/4 inch high X 3 3/8 inch mouth X 2 3/4 inch base green violet plant pot with attached saucer.Stunning two tone green design.McCoy USA printed into the glaze on the bottom. There is crazing noticeable on the inside.A bit of crazing on the outside only noticeable with a magnifying glass.5 one inch hair line cracks seen on the inside with one hairline crack that is also seen on the outside only with a magnifying glass. The cracks are not a detriment to the pots ability to hold moisture.I filled the pot with water and none of it seeped through the outside.please see the photos.Still a beautiful mini pot for a violet plant ready and willing to grow your favorite voilet plant.Great for a collector or to add to home decor or as a gift.
