This is an old butcher knife, with an old wood handle with nice patina. Knife measures a total of 12-7/8 inches and the steel blade area is 7-11/16 inches, and blade is not marked. These older knives were made to last, could be sharpened year after year to just keep giving service.

Sheffield Cutlery Three Piece Carving Set / Original Box- Bakelite Handles
A Sheffield made in England cutlery set, imported by E. Parker & Sons Lifetime Cutlery Corp., Brooklyn 37 New York, and still in original box, though it shows shelf/age wear. All three have Bakelite handles, and the fork is signed: Stainless, Made In U.S.A. / the knife is signed: Stainless Steel- E. Parker & Sons Blade Made In Sheffield England, and the third sharpening tool is unmarked. The sharpening tool has a touch of surface rust, and the other two pieces look new/ unused, though the knife has some scratching. Size: knife measures 11-1/2 inches/ fork; 10 inches/ sharpener; 11 inches.
