This is a J. Chein and Co. tin litho spinning top. It is marked with the Chein logo and Made in U.S.A. It has picture of nursery rhymes on the top. The Owl and the Pussy Cat, Old King Cole, Tom Tom the Piper’s Son and Mary had a Little Lamb. The graphics are bright and clear with general surface scratches and a few small rust spots. It has a plastic knob on the plunger, that reads "CHEIN Playthings", and it still works well. It measures 7" across and 5 ½" high and it is in good, played with condition. |
