This is a vintage, "Moon Mullins & Kayo" single toothbrush holder. It is cold painted, bisque marked on the back, "Moon Mullins & Kayo" copyright, F.A.S and S1563. Japan is stamp on the bottom. The holder is in very good condition with original paint and no chips, cracks or repairs present. The pink on the sides and top of the holder has faded from age and there is a little wear to the rest.
